Two arrested after Chichester flat fire

TWO people have been arrested in connection with a flat fire in Bradshaw Road, Chichester.
Twenty people had to be evacuated from the flats during the fire in the early hours of Saturday, January 30.

A 19-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman, both from Chichester, were arrested on suspicion of arson.
