Bognor have returned to pre-season training in preparation for a tough challenge in London South West Three.
After winning the Sussex Trophy and finishing as unbeaten champions of London SE4, they know life will be much harder this time around.

They have retained the services of player-coaches Karl Flinn and Joe Greenslade, while inspirational 1st XV skipper George Castleton will continue where he left off last year.

Experienced campaigners such as Tim Stickland, Nigel Mitchell, Lee Balchin and Scott Barlow have worked hard off-season and look in great shape.

They have been joined by Matt Corrigan from Chichester University and under-18 prop Harry Langridge, as well as returning players Peter Outen and Andrew Hudspith.

New players of all ages and abilities should visit the club in Hampshire Avenue at 7pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays or call director of rugby Leighton Thomas on 07841 436327.
