Chichester Priory Park under-13s recorded a third victory when they beat undefeated Pulborough at Priory Park.
A strong batting display saw Priory to total 114 with the loss of only four wickets in their 16 overs. Joy Horton top-scored with 20.

Good bowling and fielding restricted Pulborough to 50 runs, with Horton and Amy Howes both taking two wickets, an
d Immy Hibberd taking an excellent catch behind the wicket.

A SECOND victory inside a week saw Priory Park beat Ansty to take an outright lead in the league.

An excellent team performance in the field kept Ansty to 46 for five in their 16 overs.

Joy Horton (three for six) and Immy Hibberd (two for 11) shared the wickets.

Priory easily passed the Ansty total and finished with 87 for two with Kristianne Harvey top scoring with 21.

If they win their last match against Horsham, the girls will represent the West Sussex league in a play-off against the winners of the East Sussex league at the end of the season.

They will also play an exhibition match in the lunch interval during England Ladies' match against India at Arundel in early September
