Chichester suffered an agonising 3-2 defeat in a Premier Squash League thriller at St George's Hill.
It completed the double for the Weybridge side, who won 4-1 at Chichester earlier in the season.
The dependable Dominique Lloyd-Walter was first on court and got Chichester off to a great start, dominating throughout to defeat Rachel Willmott 11
-4, 11-4, 11-5.
On the adjoining court, Pete Genever of Chichester was playing a member of his own coaching stable, Nafizwan Adnan.
Adnan had the upper hand in all three games, with Genever competing in all rallies but looking under pressure and short of time on the ball. Adnan won 11-9, 11-7, 11-7 to level the match.
Chichester's Tim Vail had a tough job on his hands against world top 40 player Tom Richards.
Richards' speed around the court never gave Vail much time to settle.
Although Vail had game balls in the second, Richards always had things under control to run out a 11-6, 14-12, 11-9 victory to put the home side 2-1 up.
Olly Petts for Chichester, in his season's debut following injury, performed admirably and at a high tempo.
He had the edge on Joe Lee to run out a good 3-1 winner to prove that he is back on his best form.
The deciding match was between Robbie Temple of Chichester, world No63, and world No11 Daryl Selby.
Temple matched Selby in all quarters, taking the first game 13-11.
Selby struck back as Temple went off the boil, to take the second 11-2.
Not to be deterred, Temple regained his composure and rallied well.
After storming to a 7-2 lead, Temple's series of errors left him 10-7 down – but he battled well to take the game 13-11 and go 2-1 up.
The fourth was a carbon-copy of the second, with Temple off the boil while Selby relentlessly applied the pressure to win 11-3.
The fifth went back and forth to reach 8-8 before Selby raised his game, allowing his experience and consistency to shine through to take the game 11-8, and clinch a 3-2 win for St George's Hill.
Temple gave his best display yet in a Chichester shirt and the team look forward to welcoming Surrey Health & Racquets at home on Tuesday, February 16, when the hosts will welcome back their top player Azlan Iskandar.
