Air ambulance lands on East Preston green

A MAN was airlifted to the Royal London Hospital this afternoon (Tuesday, 13 May, 2008) after he fell off a ladder in East Preston.
It happened at around noon today, in Sea Lane.

Residents were alerted to the incident by the Kent air ambulance coming into land on the Village Green.

A police spokesman said the man had suffered "serious injuries".
