SOLAR powered homes will be built in Manor Road, Burgess Hill after councillors approved a revised scheme for a former nursery site.
SOLAR powered homes will be built in Manor Road, Burgess Hill after councillors approved a revised scheme for a former nursery site.

Six houses are approved for the land at number 49, four of them four-bedroom and two three-bedroom.

All of them will have two solar panels in the roof to draw energy from the sun and light.

Developers Albany homes got the go-ahead after it reduced the maximum height of the roofs by almost two foot.
