A WOMAN had to be cut free from her car after it crashed in Jane Murray Way, Burgess Hill, on Saturday.
Her injuries were not thought to be serious although she was taken to hopsital by ambulance.
The road was closed by police for more than an hour to allow the fire and rescue service to free the woman and clear the road of debris.
The accident happened just after 11.30am near the Porsche Centre Mid Sussex and the road opened again just after 12.50pm.
Fire vehicles from Haywards Heath and Burgess Hill attended with a heavy rescue tender from Crawley.
