Sussex-based ghost hunters The Spirit Parlour are heading back to the Cowdray Ruins on September 6 for further haunted adventures.
"We had a brilliant evening with great guests and some thrilling paranormal activity – we just knew we had to go back... there is still so much to uncover," said Scott Simpson for The Spirit Parlour.

"Unsurprisingly, there are many spooky stories
connected with the atmospheric and historic site of Cowdray Ruins – tales of an ethereal white lady and of course, the alleged curse of fire and drowning are tales that are commonly told.

"The Spirit Parlour are convinced, however, that there are many more spirits still waiting to tell all.

"Guests saw a hooded figure move swiftly across the quad and several heard chanting echo round the chapel.

"One lady had 'thank you' whispered in her ear so we are sure we were welcomed there!"

The evening is for very strictly limited numbers and tickets are £30 for bookings before the August 31 (£35 after that date). The group can be contacted on 01273 479466.
