Motorcyclist found dead in Lavant

A MOTORCYCLIST has been found dead in Lavant.
Police officers were driving along Chalkpit Lane at 10.11pm yesterday (Monday, March 24) when they came across a crashed motorcycle.

The rider had sustained serious injuries and was subsequently pronounced dead at the scene.

Early today (Tuesday) the man had not yet been identified by police who are investigating the crash.
