Children at Petworth Primary School gave the Bishop of Horsham a special farewell on Friday when he visited them for the last time before his move to Norfolk.
The Right Rev Lindsay Urwin joined children, governors and parents for a thanksgiving and blessing assembly, giving thanks for their 'outstanding school and thanking Bishop Lindsay for his support and involvement.

resent singing, dancing and 'clicking their fingers' to an African blessing.
The bishop has been involved in a number of pivotal points in the
history of the school.
He cut the turf and blessed the ground the new school was built on in 2005 and officially opened the school in November, 2006.
He also paid a number of informal visits to the school over the years.
During assembly the bishop was presented with a memory book filled with a photographic history of his visits to the school.
It ended with a prayer written by a pupil, blessing and thanking him for his impact on their lives and on the school.
