Visitors to Chandlers Building Supplies at Heath End near Petworth last Thursday could have been forgiven for thinking they had double vision.
But they were relieved to find they were seeing identical twins Jessica and Laura Tilli who were the star attractions in an innovative fundraising Spot the Difference competition.

Builders and keen DIY-ers visiting the business were invited to tak
e a long hard look at the twins and spot the five differences between them in the hope of winning a £250 tool voucher. And all money raised will be donated to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

At the same time early-bird visitors were offered a bacon sarnie and tea and coffee as part of Chandler's new breakfast-time Fried Club.

Branch manager Steven Webber explained: "A lot of people tend to be negative about the state of the building industry these days so we thought it was about time we injected a bit of fun back into the trade and tried to spread some happiness.

"It's not all doom and gloom and we wanted to reflect that. This was a novel event, and an opportunity to go to work and have a good laugh!"
