Giant pumpkins grown from seed by Singleton Primary School's gardening club will be on show at the weekend.
They will be on display at the Valley Gardening Club's Cornucopia event on Sunday, October 19 at Singleton village hall from 9.15am.
Judging will begin at 10.30am, with West Dean gardener Sarah Wain and the Duchess of Richmond giving out prizes for all kinds of unusual items.
Among the potential prize-winners will be funny-shaped plants
and vegetables, the wildest sunflower seed head, displays and
designs of leaves and produce from the garden, and much more.
Bangers and buns will be served from 11.30am and everyone is welcome to go and enjoy the event.
