IT IS not every day two businesses in one street are recognised by a top fashion magazine.

But two businesses in Midhurst have been ranked in the top 100 shops outside of London by Vogue.

Following the Observer’s report last week of The Real Flower Company’s success for being nominated, it has been discovered West Street is impressively boasting another top business which has been recognised by the iconic magazine.

Arnage opened in March and sells vintage clothing, accessories, gifts, furniture along with second-hand designer brands.

The shop caters for ladies, men and children and also sells a growing range of new products, which includes Harris tweed clothing and accessories.

Beverley Davies, 33, owner of Arnage said: “I pride myself on showing the products at there best and believe the layout of the shop is a great way for people to take everything in unlike other shops that tend to over clutter their goods.

“It’s chic not shabby.”

Miss Davies’ passion for fashion and everything vintage for events like the Goodwood Revival, the Festival of Speed and Glorious Goodwood prompted her to open her business, which also sells a number of new lines.

Miss Davies added: “I just feel very honoured, I have only been trading for seven months and just cannot believe it.”
