The meeting will take place in Fernhurst Village Hall at 6.30pm and parish councillors will be giving individuals a chance to air their views.
Parishioners will be permitted to make individual representations of up to two minutes each to the council but to do so they must apply to speak at the meeting beforehand by writing to or emailing the Clerk, David Bleach, by Friday, 31 January giving their name and address .
To ensure that the maximum opportunity is given to local people only residents of Fernhurst or those living within four miles of the parish boundary will be allowed to speak.
A spokesman said the number of speakers may have to be restricted if the number of applications received was so excessive that they could not all be accommodated in the time allocated for the meeting.
The parish council address is Parish Council Office, Fernhurst Village Hall, Glebe Road, Fernhurst, Haslemere, Surrey. GU27 3EH. The email address is firstname.lastname@example.org.
