Have you seen this bike?

It was stolen from outside Westgate Leisure Centre in Chichester at about 2pm on Saturday (June 26).

The bike had been secured outside the leisure centre using a lock and metal cable but was taken by three teenagers in hooded tops.

A member of staff at the centre saw one of the teenagers cycle off on the bike before the other teenagers followed on foot.

All three were white males, aged in their late teens and about 5ft 10in and thin.

They were wearing dark tops with the hoods up and jeans.

PC Fiona Turnbull said: “The owner of the bike is a university student who cannot afford to replace it.

“The bike is a red Voodoo and is worth about £400.

“I would like to speak to anyone who saw the thieves in the area.

“They would have stood out as they were wearing heavy clothes on a hot, sunny afternoon when most people were wearing shorts and t-shirts.

“If you know who or where they are, or if you are offered the chance to buy the bike cheaply, please contact us.”
