Police say a man wanted for recall to prison has links to Sussex.
Sussex Police are on the hunt for Craig Hayler, 28, for failing to comply with his licence conditions.
Hayler was recently released from prison after serving 15 months for a series of theft and fraud offences. In October he failed to appear at court on suspicion of theft, and his arrest and return to prison has been requested by the Probation Service.
PC Mark Newton, from Brighton and Hove Response Investigation Unit, said: “Police urgently want to speak to anyone who has seen Hayler recently, or has information as to his current whereabouts. Please call 101 quoting serial 1986 of 31/10 or leave a message anonymously with the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
“Although he is not considered to be a risk to the public we would advise people to not approach him if they see him but to dial 999 as soon as possible.”
Halyer is described as white with olive/tanned skin, 5’ 10” tall and of muscular build. He has short brown hair and designer facial stubble.
