Mark Courtney, 36, of Connaught House, The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement after admitting stealing a baby monitor and breast pump worth £171.98 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on July 25, 2016; carrying a tinfoil-lined orange tropical bag for use in connection with theft in The Queensway, Bognor Regis, on July 25, 2016; and stealing a £17 bottle of vodka from Tesco, Bognor Regis, on October 10, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge order and was dealt with for the original offences, by way of the community order, for stealing nappies and a baby monitor worth £84.97 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on July 7, 2016; and stealing two bottles of Cosmopolitan perfume worth £86 from Boots, Bognor Regis, on July 7, 2016.

Barry Eales, 40, of Connaught House, The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must carry out 100 hours’ unpaid work after admitting breaching a non-molestation order by sending two text messages in Chichester on July 1, 2016; and carrying a blade, a small black lock knife, without good reason in public in Bognor Regis on September 22, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Ewan Gilfillan, 36, of Lloyd Road, Chichester, was fined £120 and must pay £30 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (66mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) on the A27 Emsworth on October 17, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Piotr Golec, 38, of Sycamore Road, Bognor Regis, was given a community order and must carry out 80 hours’ unpaid work after admitting drink-driving (107mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Rowan Way, Bognor Regis, on October 15, 2016. He must pay £85 victim surcharge, £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 25 months.

Michael Jones, 22, of St Winifreds Close, Bognor Regis, was given a six-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, and must pay £115 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing meat and alcohol worth £39.37 from Morrisons, Littlehampton, on October 6, 2016. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence order, which was varied.

Charlie Blake, 22, of Wick Road, Chichester, was given a community order with Rehabilitation Activity Requirement and must pay £100 compensation, £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs, for causing £100 damage to a car in Westlands Court, West Road, Portslade, on September 5, 2016; and resisting two police constables in Westlands Court, West Road, Portslade, on September 5, 2016. He also admitted disorderly behaviour while drunk in Southwick on September 5, 2016, no separate penalty. He admitted breaching a community order and was dealt with for the original offence of causing damage to a car roof in Worthing on July 14, 2016, by way of the community order.

Victoria Moore, 66, of Templars Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to promptly notify Arun District Council of a change affecting Housing Benefit, namely employment, between December 3, 2012, and September 27, 2015.

Michael Wills, 51, of Cedar Road, Hythe, was given a 24-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, after admitting driving a motorbike dangerously on the A27 between Emsworth and Chichester, at a ‘ridiculous’ speed, putting lives at risk, on May 8, 2015. He must carry out 120 hours’ unpaid work, pay £115 victim surcharge and £85 costs, and was disqualified from driving for 18 months. He also admitted driving over the 70mph speed limit, no separate penalty.

Alexandru-Cristian Nuta, 28, of Pevensey Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £350 and must pay £35 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using a mobile device while driving in Victoria Road, Portsmouth, on October 11, 2016.
