SEVEN Cub Scout teams took part in the Muir Trophy competition around Frensham Little Pond.

This year, teams from all packs in the District except for Grayshott took part.

Starting at 9.30am in different places round the four mile course circling the pond, the teams had to visit each of the five bases in turn, solving the separate problems.

The teams returned to 1st Churst HQ for drinks and cakes.

These included communications, a bomb disposal game, bean bag archery, problem solving, and a nature hunt/quiz.

Camelsdale came in first, Fernhurst were awarded second place, and Churt were named third place winners.
