SEAFORD College was celebrating improved A-Level results today (Thursday, August 18) – with one student attaining the equivalent of eight A grades.
The college notched up a 100 per cent pass rate and an average of 320.5 points per candidate, a slight increase on last year.
The number of A* and A grades were up by 3% to 33%, while 53% of the results were graded A* A or B.
Christina Gladkova attained five A* grades, one A and a distinction in her Cambridge Pre-U examination, giving her a total of 965 UCAS points.
Headmaster Toby Mullins said: “I am delighted that this year’s results show a continued upward trend, given that we strive to improve our academic results year upon year.
“We had some exceptional students this year and are delighted that the results show they were able to attain their full potential here at Seaford College.”
