Miranda Gore Browne, finalist from The Great British Bake Off, will be on hand at 3pm to judge the victoria sponge cake competition, open to both adults and children.

Secretary Colleen Hayes said: “If you haven’t paid a visit to Graffham before, please come and join us - it’s a beautiful spot.

Dogs can enjoy walks from there, while waiting to participate for the show, and there will be lots of shady spots and bowls of cold water for them.

“Children can enjoy the play park as well as what is on offer at the fête.”

All proceeds will go directly to the nursery to provide equipment for the outdoor playing and learning area, which the children love.
