Memories were prompted by scrapbooks and photographs from early years. Trips and holidays, groups and events, meetings and speakers were re-lived and shared. It was a happy occasion and current U3A members were grateful to those who had taken the initiative to start the group. A FOUNDER and early members’ tea party has been held at Capron House to start a year of festivities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Midhurst U3A

It was also an occasion to collect memories for an anniversary publication to be given to all members in September to mark the month of the first general meeting.
