MIDHURST Rother College students are slicking back their hair and bringing the 1950s back to life.
Pupils are getting set to take to the stage with their sparkling production of Grease.
This term, Midhurst Rother College (MRC) will be showcasing the best of its musical and acting talent across Years 7 to 10 in its annual musical production.
Grease, The Schools Edition, will be staged across three evenings in the college’s 300-seat capacity theatre from July 3-5, inclusive.
Rehearsals are in full swing and students and staff are excited about the talent and creativity that will be on show.
“This will without doubt be the biggest musical production Midhurst Rother College will have ever staged and we are all really looking forward to it,” said drama teacher and play director Jason Franklin.
The Schools Edition of the play combines old favourites with new songs and promises to include plenty of leather jackets, big skirts and hair gel to evoke the summer of 1958.
The performance runs from July 3-5 and doors open from 7pm.
