Joseph busks his way to boost charity
Ten-year-old Midhurst musician Joseph Cook has been taking to the streets with his saxophone to raise money for charity.
Joseph, who attends Midhurst Primary School and lives on Midhurst Common, has raised more than 120 for Oxfam by playing to shoppers on the pavements of Chichester.
"I did it because my saxophone teacher Chris Waters said busking was a good way to get practise," said Joseph, who has been learning the instrument for three years.
"I did it four times and it was good fun, except that it was quite cold just before Christmas."
Joseph has already earned himself a Blue Peter badge raising funds for Unicef, but decided to donate to Oxfam this time after seeing the Oxfam Unwrapped campaign.
