Man charged with arson after Midhurst blaze

A 58-year-old Midhurst man has been charged with four counts of arson after a blazing inferno at a block of flats where he was a resident.

Guy Binsted, of Poplar Way appeared before Chichester magistrates on Wednesday afternoon, February 22.

He is charged with arson recklessly endangering life, arson with intent to endanger life and two further counts of arson.

He was remanded to appear at Chichester Crown Court on May 10.
