Midhurst playground slide gets funding

MIDHURST Town Council has been given a £1,000 contribution towards the cost of replacing a slide in the Carron Lane playground.

Among other grants distributed by the county local committee were £650 to Sutton and Barlavington to re-roof a bus stop, £750 to Lurgashall Parish Council towards pond restoration and £1,000 to Heyshott Playground Committee for slide renovation and £500 to Milland Valley Memorial Hall to install insulation.
