Midhurst firefighters past and present have completed a charity golfing marathon.

They took on the gruelling challenge of completing four rounds of 18 holes in a single day.

Dan Moon, Wayne Challen, Ian James and Nick Plater completed their 72 holes in around 18 hours starting at 5.30am as daylight broke last Monday at Cowdray Park golf course.

The four golfers are raising funds for Macmillan and they are still looking for donations after their recent golfing triumph..

Anyone who would like to make a donation should visit Wayne Challen’s Just Giving page
