CELEBRATE the last few days of summer and the arrival of autumn at the Petworth Food and Wine Festival, set to return for its second year this weekend this weekend (September 21-22).
Following the success of the 2012 event, this year will be bigger and better than before, with an array of culinary delights and cooking masterclasses for the whole community to enjoy.
Providing an exciting weekend for foodies and families alike, there will be a variety of flavours, wines and events catering for all tastebuds on Saturday and Sunday, September 21-22.
Market Square and Lombard Street in Petworth will be filled with stalls offering the very best food and wine in the area, including cheeses, honey, cakes, chocolate truffles, coffee beans, award-winning peanut butter, olives, chutneys, preserves, ice creams, hog roast, meringues, barbecue baps and traditional Indian cooking.
The weekend is organised by the Petworth Business Association, Petworth House, Petworth and District Community Association and Petworth Town Council.
The 2012 event was a huge success, placing itself firmly on the map of British Food Festivals.
