COLLECTORS’ heaven is arriving in Midhurst on Sunday, October 28, for the usual spectacular annual displays.
Among the items which are bound to attract special attention are a display of Sooty memorabilia celebrating the fact that he is now over six decades of age and still going strong.
Another collection will feature Concorde, the supersonic passenger airliner, produced under a joint Franco-British treaty. First flown in 1969, Concorde entered service in 1976 and continued carrying passengers on commercial flights for 27 years.
Toys and models feature as well as a Hornby ‘O’ Gauge electric railway layout, chain saws and horse brasses along with old tools and other collectors items,
The displays, which will fill the two main halls at the Grange Centre, Midhurst, will feature more than 60 exhibitors and trade stands.
The show is on Sunday, October 28 and opens at 10am.
