UPDATE: Fire crews called to Midhurst crash

FIRE crews from Midhurst and Haslemere were last night been called out to a car that has flipped onto its roof during rush hour.

Fortunately no people were trapped in the vehicle.

The incident took place close to the King Edward VII entrance on the A286 in Easebourne.

The crash happened on Tuesday (November 26) around 4.45pm.

An adult male driver was taken to hospital by ambulance.

Fire and rescue crews had cleared the scene by 5.30pm.
