A video of a boy appearing to tow his father through Bognor Regis has gone viral.

The video has been shared on Facebook more than 40,000 times, and has appeared on the Lad Bible, The Metro and The Daily Mail websites.

The clip, made by Wayne Nuttall, seems to show a young boy in a red toy car, driving his dad, who is sitting in a makeshift trailer behind, being pulled over a crossing in the middle of Bognor.

The footage has entertained thousands of people already - though according to the man who shot the video, the father captured is the real driver.

Wayne Nuttall said on Facebook: “Look close in the video the dad is controlling the car with a hand held remote you can see the cable run into the back on top of the tow bar.”
