Reading Duncan Barkes column (Observer, March 21) I feel compelled to agree with his comments on the state of the roads around Chichester and the planned waste of cash on the 20’s plenty speed limit.
Surely the lady who was a cyclist who drove the campaign would be better getting the cash diverted to repair our awful roads which are a real danger to pedestrians, cyclists, drivers and any other road-user?
His comments are so true on the lack of accessibility to a tourist information office. And the red herring of a town museum. Come on, Chichester District Council, let’s show some sense.
