Someone at your newspaper has caused a whole lot of trouble with the article on the front page of the Observer entitled ‘Online questionnaire leaves some without a view’. I have called the number provided and got a very disgruntled lady on the other end who told me it is nothing to do with her and I should go online. Unfortunately, I am one of those people without a computer.
What is the point of reading a newspaper that is supposed to keep people informed, when the information printed is incorrect?
EDITOR’S NOTE: The number published in the article is the phone number for the Planning Policy department, which is the contact on the questionnaire, but the council is not offering paper copies to all residents who call them.
