Cricket: Final Sussex, West Sussex and Hampshire league tables

The local cricket season is over for another year.

It was a rain-hit year for all teams but some dodged the showers to secure titles and promotions while others didn’t fare so well.

The upshot is that next season will see Chichester play again in the Sussex premier, Middleton in division two after winning the three west title and Bognor, Pagham and Stirlands again do battle in three west.

In the Invitation League, there were promotions for - among others - Aldwick and West Wittering, while Selsey remained in the top flight despite dicing with the drop.

In the Hampshire League it was an average sort of campaign for the likes of Midhurst and Emsworth.
