Wins for Selsey and Pagham, but Chichester City slip up

SELSEY boss Adam Hinshelwood is celebrating his first league win at the High Street Ground after the Blues beat AFC Uckfield 2-1.

It was Selsey’s first league victory of the season and lifts them out of the bottom three.

Pagham are still second after making it seven league wins from seven with a 3-0 success at Sidley.

But Chichester City were on the wrong end of a 4-1 scoreline at East Grinstead.

In division two, Midhurst went down 2-0 at home to Hailsham.

There was plenty of Sussex Intermediate Cup action and Bosham sailed through with a 4-0 Walton Lane hammering of Lancing reserves.

Barnham beat TD Shipley 7-0, Sidlesham won 3-1 at Littlehampton reserves, Pagham’s reserves beat Steyning seconds 5-1 and Selsey reserves lost 5-3 away to Rye’s second string.
