GRAYWOOD villagers near Haslemere are holding their first Open Gardens Day on Sunday May 20 between 11.30am-5.30pm.
Visitors will be able to follow the trail around nine gardens and village allotments, all created by enthusiastic amateur gardeners, as well as admire stunning displays in cottage gardens and larger formal settings.
Special lunches will be available for garden visitors at The Wheatsheaf pub who will also be able to listen to music, sample home made teas and browse the plant sale. There is also a chance to visit the arts and crafts Grade II listed All Saints’ Church.
Proceeds will go to the Friends of All Saints’ Grayswood. Entry is £5 – children under 14 go free.
