ANYONE who has not seen the unanimously acclaimed film, The King’s Speech, has the chance to catch up when it opens the new season of Fernhurst Films at the village hall on Saturday, September 17.

Starring Colin Firth, Geoffrey Rush and Helena Bonham Carter, the film gathered four Oscars and international acclaim.

Jane Hodgson, who promotes Fernhurst Films, said: “This might be the last opportunity to see it on a big screen!”

Doors open at 7pm with the film starting at 7.30pm. Tickets are on sale at Fernhurst Post Office.
