Worthing family burgled during rush to hospital

PARENTS who rushed to hospital to visit their ill son arrived home a couple of hours later to find they had been burgled.
Two laptops were taken from the home in Elizabeth Road, Worthing, on Thursday, November 19, between 5.45pm and 7pm.

Police have said in their rush, the victims forgot to properly lock their back door giving the thieves access.

Police are appealing for any witnesses to call 0845 60 70 999.
