Liquidators appointed for Brighton chocolate shop Choccywoccydoodah
Choccywoccydoodah is set to be officially wound down after business advisory firm Quantuma was appointed as liquidators.
Sean Bucknall and Brian Burke from Quantuma were instructed by the directors of Choccywoccydoodah Limited to place the company into voluntary liquidation.
It said as a result of challenging trading conditions, the directors have taken the decision to close the business and have instructed Quantuma to assist with winding up the company.
All operations have ceased and both shops have now closed.
