Coronavirus patient and family thank Worthing Hospital for care
My husband Pete recently contracted the Covid-19 virus, despite following all the advice and taking every precaution.
He is home now thanks to the wonderful care he received from the nursing staff and doctors on Beacon Ward at Worthing Hospital.

Hide AdPeter said every day how fantastic they all were, including the caterers and cleaners.
He would also like to thank the ambulances staff who conveyed him to hospital.
When I thanked one of the doctors for what they were doing for him, one day, he said Peter was doing it himself as there was no cure.
Without their help I am sure he would not be home with us.
If you have anyone in hospital, please make sure you pass on any love, good wishes and prayers being sent for your loved ones as Peter told me all of those sent by family, friends and neighbours every day, helped see him through his ordeal. Sincere thanks to all of those well-wishers too.

We wish them and all their families all the luck in the world to stay well and avoid this horrible virus.
