The suggested promotion of Crawley to a city opens a very interesting debate about our town's name.

Keep Crawley, far more notable than a place called Gatwick where an airport happens to be located.

Change the name of the airport to London Crawley Airport thus following established past changes such as Charles de Gaulle, Kennedy, John Lennon airports and others.
