Miller Homes and Vistry group are delivering the first phase of 750 homes at Whitehouse Farm with construction already underway on the first parcels, spine road and country park.
The developers have submitted two new applications, the first for a retail building, offices, healthcare facilities, a community centre and public open space.

Parents would also be able to access the nursery from the front of the site, with coach drop-off point and staff parking to the rear.
The school has been designed to allow for internal modifications and future adaptability as well as extension during the second phase of the overall development.
The local centre would include four separate buildings for employment uses, grouped together south of the main spine road.
