A BUSINESSMAN’s vision to transform a derelict nightclub at the end of Worthing pier into a ‘wow factor’ wedding venue was realised last week as the Southern Pavilion reopened.

Phil Duckett and business partner Richard Bradley hosted the building’s grand opening on Wednesday, giving guests the first look at the newly redeveloped building.

The former nightclub has been refurbished into an art deco-themed multi-use venue, complete with café, which opened its doors to the public on Friday.
