Drummy was asked if the score was 2-0 at half-time, would you give the hairdryer treatment or be the master of tactics?
He said: “You need a calm head and I just say 4-5 lines at half-time. I will have a plan B if things are not going well. I talk with Matt.
Drummy said he would consider it a successful season if they finish in the top 12.

“Midtable would be a success story. We want stability, a decent cup run to earn some money. Time is important. We want the stadium to be a fortress.”
He added that Bawling was one of first he signed. “Gives anyone confidence, like with kids. You give players a realism of where they are at.
Drummy said: “We’d like a decent cup run and at the end of the season have a nucleus of players in place to build and improve for next season.
