Chichester City Ladies stormed back to form on Sunday by beating Brislington Ladies 7-1 to blot out the memories of a frustrating trip to Southampton and a 1-1 draw three days earlier.

They remain clear at the top of the south west one division with a week off to come.

Jess Lewry, an ex-Southampton player, scored Chichester’s only goal at Sholing, and celebrated with gusto.
