Fontwell Park have announced that BBC Radio 2 presenter Jo Whiley will be DJing after racing at their Ladies’ Evening on Friday, May 1.

The Equitini-sponsored event at the picturesque Sussex course is the earliest Ladies’ Evening racing fixture in the UK.

Simon Williams, executive director at Fontwell Park, said: “Jo Whiley is popular with a wide audience, having worked in the music industry for many years. We’re really excited to welcome her to one of our most celebrated events and can’t wait for what is sure to be a fantastic evening.

“Besides an exciting afternoon of racing, our Ladies Evening 2015 will include a Best Dressed Lady competition and this year there will be an outstanding £1,000 cash prize, and luxury designer hamper from House of Fraser in Chichester for the winning lady.

“The evening will also play host to a competition to name Fontwell’s brand-new signature cocktail and many more exciting and glamourous features.”

You can save money by purchasing tickets in advance. Premier Enclosure tickets are available from £22 if booked in advance and kids under 18 go free.
