Saturday, September 5: Meet at 10.30am outside Temple underground station '“ this walk is adapted from walk four in the new Walk Britain and follows the old Fleet river from the Thames outfall to Hampstead Heath, its source. Please check train times nearer the date and you will need a travel card to London. No dogs. Picnic lunch. 8 miles.

Tuesday, September 8: Meet at 10am in Walkers car park on South Downs Way, approximately 1km south of Washington '“ downland circular taking in Chanctonbury '“ Cissbury Rings. Picnic lunch. 11 miles.
