Wednesday, August 19: Meet at 7pm in Little London layby opposite the showground in Ardingly '“ Ardingly Village '“ college '“ reservoir. Optional refreshments after walk. 3 miles.

Monday, August 17: Meet at 10am in lay-by on A281, 200 yards south of Bull Inn, Mockbridge, Shermanbury. Circular walk '“ River Adur '“ Twineham '“ Wineham for pub lunch in Royal Oak before returning to start. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 8 miles.

Wednesday, August 19: Meet at 7pm at Pulborough car park. Circular walk over difficult terrain at a good pace for the more experienced walker. Some hills and stiles. Free, just turn up. No dogs. 6 to 7 miles.

Friday, August 21: Meet at 11am in Cripplegate Lane car park, Southwater Country Park. Flat easy circular walk along bridleways, lanes and the Downs Link. Free, just turn up. Dogs on leads. 2 miles.
