The Sea Beach House Hotel in Marine Parade is being marketed by Fleurets and the asking price is on application.

A spokesperson for Fleurets said, “The property is formed of three terraced buildings, part of which are believed to date back to the 1790s.

“These comprise of a 10 bedroom guest house with all rooms enjoying en-suite facilities; a tea garden with various outhouses; and two additional cottages. “Cottage No.39 interconnects with the guest house, but does have its own private entrance and offers four bedrooms.
