OBSERVER AND GAZETTE BUSINESS AWARDS Law firm looks for top boss

THE SPONSOR for the Employer of the Year category wants to give recognition to bosses who make work a pleasure for their staff.

Wannops LLP has supported the Observer and Gazette Business Awards over the last couple of years, and James Brotherton, managing partner of the law firm, has personal experience of how difficult it is to manage a business, as well as keeping staff happy and  morale high.

Mr Brotherton wanted to sponsor this category to acknowledge the fact good employers deserve recognition for their  hard work.

The winner of the category should be an employer who is great for work for and looks after their staff.

It should be a firm with great staff retention and loyalty.
