Owls visit East Preston school

OWL Babies flew off the pages of the book into an East Preston school for a real-life encounter with nature.

Reception class children at East Preston Infant School had the perfect start for their new topic on the Owl Babies when they had a visit by a tawny owl and a barn owl from the Cuddle Me Do Farm.

A school spokeswoman said the children had gained valuable first-hand experience of owls, found out more about them and as a “real tweet” were able to stroke them.
